The Cow Hollow Association's (CHA) mission is to preserve and enhance the residential character and quality of life of the Cow Hollow neighborhood. We strive to keep our members informed of local issues related to zoning, parking, traffic, Presidio, trash clean-ups, crime, safety, and other relevant topics. Our Annual Meeting speakers are uniquely qualified to discuss the Citywide issue of open-air drug markets that are exacerbating our homelessness crisis and the slow overriding of our local zoning laws that impact the character of our neighborhood. Join us and help CHA fulfill its mission.
