We are always looking for new talent. If you would like to attend
a meeting to learn more about the organization or if there is a
specific issue you need addressed, please call the President, Lori
Brooke at 749-1841 and arrange to attend a monthly meeting.
Board members attend monthly meeting the first Tuesday
of the month from 5:30 - 7:00pm. The location moves among the board
member's homes. To attend, contact the President, Lori Brooke at
4150-749-1841, for the location.
If you have question about the height, lot coverage
or other general concerns on a neighbor's property, you can review
the CHA Neighborhood Design Guidelines
to understand what is the position of the association. If this does
not answer your questions or you need further assistance in dealing
with a matter, please contact the President to discuss further.
Similar to neighbor's building issues, if you have
questions or concerns regarding the landscaping of a neighbor's
building, please begin by reviewing our Design Guidelines. If this
does not answer your questions or you need assistance in dealing
with a matter, please contact the President t discuss further.
All these topics are ongoing problems that the CHA
deals with and tries to address. If you have a problem in your area
and have not found a resolution, please contact the President to
determine if we are already working on the problem and how you can
help or if we can assist with your new issue.
The Presidio is an adjacent neighbor and greatly affects
the quality of life for Cow Hollow residents. The CHA has taken
great measures to stay involved with the Presidio Trust and the
various projects underway to ensure they hear our position on any
proposed work. We have been influential on many matters and will
continue to be vigilant. Following are a few of the current projects
underway at the Presidio that affect all of us. If you have concerns
or would like to get involved, please contact us or you can check
out the Presidio Trust website at http://www.presidiotrust.gov.
- Letterman Digital Arts Center
- Presidio Trust Management Plan
- Presidio Trails and Bikeways Masterplan
- Tennessee Hollow Watershed Project
The Doyle Drive project is very important to our neighborhood
as the final results will greatly impact the flow of traffic throughout
our residential streets. The CHA has remained very involved in the
process and will continue to post updates of meetings and hearing
regarding the design of any proposed solution. If you have any questions,
please contact us.
